Cook Our Steaks To Perfection

Grilling :

Preheat grill to medium to high  heat,coat with light oil and seasoning, place on  grill from  frozen  sear on both sides for 1 to 2 minutes . reduce the heat  to medium  low and continue unitl desired tempreature. 

Broiler :

Deforest steak in their  cryo-vac pouch in refreigernator overnight , then coat with oil  and desired  seasoning . sear steaks on both sides on the top oven rack closr to heat  source for 2 minutes  then move to middle oven  rack and continue the cooking until desired temperture .

Skillet :

Coat steak with oil and seasoning , sear steaks from frozen in very hot cast  iron skillet . then finish off in oven at 200 degrees f. for 30 to 60 mintues .

BBQ Ribs :

Pork  ribs are fully cooked and only require warming for serving .take bbq ribs out of the Package and wrap  in foil to secure moisture .grill over flame  to desired tempreature , or place  in oven at 350 degree f. for 30 to 40 minutes. if desired , after heated unwrap foil and place ribs on or in heat source to thicken up the sauce .
